Short reflective pauses, prompts, and quiet time to tune in. Individually & as a group.
Intentional group circles to share, listen, and connect. Do not underestimate the power of like-minded people coming together!!
Bonfires, conversations, and that calm feeling that only mountains and night skies bring.
Some of the most powerful moments can’t be planned — and that’s part of the experience.
We close by anchoring what shifted, so the insights don’t stay on the mountain — they come back with you.

It’s experiential and reflective. While many find it deeply grounding, it is not therapy or religious in nature.

Guided hikes, intentional pauses, reflection prompts, light group sharing, and time alone — all integrated naturally into the journey.
Yes — gently and intentionally. Growth without overwhelm is the goal.
We will provide porter/mule support if you cannot carry your own rucksack.
We will provide a storage space where you can keep your extra luggage, at your own risk.
The hike is beginner-friendly, with trails being a mix of forest mud trails and meadow grasslands. There are no major steep portions, and can be done by all.
While we have kept no fitness criteria that needs to be passed, we recommend you come with at least 8 weeks of cardiovascular endurance training, i.e., any exercises like jogging/running, biking, rucking, stair climbing or rowing.
We know from experience that despite the trail being beginner-friendly, mountains can be unforgiving. Which is why we should always try to be prepared and be in the best shape we possibly can be. We will also provide you with a complete training plan you can follow to get in shape for the trek.
We will provide a complete packing list after you have booked.
